Chef Biography

Christopher George Fulcher was born in North Carolina, and worked as a cook in several restaurants in North Carolina and Florida before graduating from Southeast Institute of Culinary Arts in St. Augustine, Florida in 1994. He moved to the US Virgin Islands to work his way up the culinary ladder starting with Restaurant Paridiso on St. John, then to La Scala on St. Thomas. When Great Chefs got to St. Thomas in 1997, all the chefs were talking about this young chef at the Old Stone Farmhouse. Great Chefs taped him there in 1998 for their Great Chefs of the Caribbean series.

He has since left the Virgin Islands and these days, he runs his restaurant in Puerto Rico.
