Chef Biography

Corrado has a traveller’s spirit. For him, cuisine represents adventures around the world—discovering recipes, speciality produce and local wines.

Born in Lombardy, he explored the world before arriving at Hotel Splendido in 1999. With the strength of a lion, he manages a brigade of 22 people—and sometimes roars like one, but only because he’s a perfectionist!

At La Terrazza Restaurant, attention to detail and the perfect combination of flavours, taste and appearance are essential. Corrado is totally dedicated to Italian cuisine, with an emphasis on traditional Ligurian dishes, lovingly prepared with fresh, local ingredients.
