Chef Biography

Albert Leach graduated from The Culinary Institute in 1985 and worked at several New England Country Inns, including The Inn at Mill, and L’Auberge Provençal where Great Chefs Television taped him for one of their Great Chefs PBS Chocolate Specials in the mid-1980’s.  He left L’Auberge in 2003 to be the executive chef at Tuscarora Mill, and then on to the New Orleans Country Club during Hurricane Katrina.

In 2007 he went to Thailand to start Guest House Dinners and to consult with the World Vision Indonesia Tsunami Response Team in Banda Aceh.  In 2009 he became the Food & Beverage Manager for the Yorkshire Inn at Patong Beach, Thailand, and in 2011 became the group executive chef at The Rat Pack Company in Bangkok, Thailand, where he is today in 2015.
