Chef Biography
Todd Johnson was raised in Naples, Florida and after graduating from culinary school, climbed the culinary ladder in Naples area kitchens like Bistro 821 and Chefs Garden.
Great Chefs caught up with him in December of 1998 at the Ritz-Carlton Naples Resort to tape him for Discovery Channel’s Great Chefs of America television series.
After the Ritz, he was a partner/chef at Bistro 41, which they closed in 2001. He then opened Rumrunners in 2003 and later, added The Joint and RunAgrounds, and he is still chef/partner at Rumrunners today, in 2016.
