Eloise is John Rivera Sedlars mother, and was his main influence for his cooking. She also did a recipe for the Great Chefs for her Biscochitos on Great Chefs of the West (Biscochitos also, bizcochitos, are the official state cookie of New Mexico with Spanish and Hispanic influence)
